Greater Opportunity Regional Center is galvanizing support for foster youth. We're partnering with small business owners, agencies, and foundations for support. Our organization is determined to give these kids what every child deserves. Mentoring these children to live their lives with hopes, dreams, and realistic goals, we aim to arm foster youth with everything they need to survive; to do that, a personal relationship with these kids and one-on-one mentorships would be key. With the help of supporters, each one can reach one!

  • Emotional Support: Community members can offer mentorship and friendship, providing foster youth with positive role models and a sense of belonging.

  • Educational Assistance: Tutoring and educational programs can help bridge learning gaps and improve academic performance.

  • Access to Resources: Donations of clothes, school supplies, and other essentials ensure that foster children have what they need to succeed.

  • Extracurricular Opportunities: Participation in sports, arts, and other activities helps foster youth develop new skills and interests.

  • Career Guidance: Connecting with professionals can open doors to internships and job opportunities, setting the stage for a successful future.

  • Health and Wellness: Access to healthcare services, counseling, and wellness programs supports physical and mental health.

  • Advocacy and Awareness: Community involvement raises awareness about the challenges faced by foster youth, promoting policies and practices that support their well-being.
